You can be sitting and thinking about nothing. Suddenly, a random thought or memory pops in your head.
What are you meant to do with it? Sit with it or hope for it to go away?
You can see it visually and mentally as if it’s happening in that moment of time.
Is that your cue to sigh or wave goodbye?
It’s triggered by something in your environment. Your mind takes you back in a time warp to that singular place, where all the action is happening. It may be in fragmented pieces but the more you look upon it. The more you can see how the pieces of the puzzle fits together.
Does that mean your brain is broken? Or is it growing and expanding?
It could be the process of new brain cells growth to replace the dead ones. Especially, if you’ve been partaking in activities that promote the production. It provides a greater function for daily life.
What are you doing daily, weekly or monthly?
The resurfacing can occur out of nowhere. Whilst in the shower or completing a task. It comes to you when your mind is silent. The trigger is a stimuli for how intense it was/is and it reaches you as it was happening in the moment.
