This ball caught my eye, because of the glittery reasons. Also, I’m a fan of accessories like these, because you can slightly get lost in it. When you squeeze it, the mini balls inside massage your palms. It gives it that tingly feeling and fits the size of your hand. Basically, giving yourself your own hand massage.
I realised it releases pressure points in the body from the constricting and contracting of the hands. This allows blood to flow more easily through the body, therefore relieving you of tension. The sound and visuals itself are satisfying because it’s appealing to look at.
ASMR stands for “Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterised by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.
