This post is coming after 4-hour gameplay..
It won’t be long, I’m sharing my ‘first’ time experience with the fourth version
It took me back to my childhood when I use to slave away at the computer for hours. I don’t know what exactly made me get it, but I had a thought pop up in my mind about it. It was a passing thought and became stationary when I was by my laptop. I started doing research and that’s what got me here today typing on this passage.😌
I don’t even remember the last time I played Sims until today (10/1/19). I wanted to share this because I want to, it’s a way for me to express myself. I was in between filming a video or just writing a post on it. However, I did record a couple of videos for social media (Snapchat + Instagram). I had built up anticipation towards the day I would play it. It took more or less a day to download it, but I had to pause so it took longer.
I didn’t get to play Sims 3, but The Sims 4 is similar to the 2nd one (which I did play on PC). The graphics are much better and the loading screen is more efficient. You can travel to a location more easily so it appeals to a real life situation if you would like to leave the house. Also, it’s much smoother to manoeuvre up the career ladder and get the resources to need to boost it too. I’ve noticed they’ve focussed on adding extra details to your customised sim on the create-a-sim page.
Also, they are allowed to have a mobile phone. It’s a smartphone which allows them to browse, call and do everything we can on our iPhones, Android, Google and Nokia etc ( I don’t want to give any too much spoilers just in case you haven’t played it yet). It will be a pleasant surprise when you open the game.
The only issue I had is when I move the family into a house, there was really only one option for them to move into without breaking the 26,000(simoleon) limit. I’d try not to have more than 2 kids when creating the family because otherwise, you’ll be cramped for space. However, if you make enough money on the game, you’ll eventually be able to move out into a bigger home.
Also, it’s important to have a mouse that’s connected to your laptop for gameplay too☺️
I don’t know whether I’ll be keeping update on the game but if I do, I’ll probably do another blog post or video blog.
I’m going to leave this post here…
Try not to get too addicted to it otherwise you’ll end up eating your computer 😂
